Job summary

You will collaborate with supervisors, bakers, and maintenance while maintaining clean work areas and following safety procedures.

Responsibilities include adjusting speeds, recording data on a tablet, performing sanitation duties, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives in a fast-paced production environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• Ability to read, write and comprehend English.
• Ability to convert metric to SAE measurements (mm to inches) and perform basic arithmetic.
• Ability to solve practical problems with limited standardization.
• Ability to interpret instructions in written, oral, diagram, or scheduled form.
• Clear understanding of safe operation of packaging machinery.
• Computer skills including data entry on a tablet.

Responsibilities

• Set up, oversee and maintain packaging machines for quality and packaging.
• Maintain sanitation and keep area clean around machines.
• Troubleshoot and assist in basic maintenance tasks.
• Report metal detector findings and assist investigations.
• Coordinate with operators, leads, packers, and maintenance.
