Job summary

gobravvo in Baytown, TX is seeking a Packaging Machine Operator to support our plastics production facility. You will operate and monitor packaging machinery, fill and seal bags, inspect products, and maintain accurate production records in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates have manufacturing experience, can lift up to 55 pounds, and are comfortable with rotating 12-hour shifts including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in manufacturing, production, or operating industrial machinery.
• Able to lift up to 55 pounds repeatedly and perform physically demanding tasks on a 12-hour shift.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, non-climate-controlled environment, indoors and outdoors.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and monitor packaging equipment for industrial plastic products.
• Fill large bags with plastic pellets and inspect packaging for weight and quality.
• Weigh, seal, label, and palletize finished products for shipment.
• Maintain accurate production records and keep the work area clean and hazard-free.
• Follow all safety, quality, and production procedures.
• Assist with general labor and other tasks as assigned by supervisors.
