Job Summary

This position involves working on packaging machine lines according to established procedures and guidelines. Responsibilities include filling, securing, and labeling containers in accordance with company and customer specifications. The role requires the ability to perform essential duties satisfactorily, with knowledge and skills relevant to the position.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Safely operate packaging and labeling equipment to meet specifications.
• Proficiently handle inner casing, master packing, loading cards, and blisters.
• Verify lot codes on products and understand lot coding processes.
• Assist in training new employees and temporary workers.
• Follow quality standards as per SOPs and work instructions.
• Suggest process improvements for efficiency.
• Promote company values (ASPIRE: Attitude, Safety, Passion, Integrity, Relationship, Evolve).
• Comply with GMPs and safe work practices.
• Maintain regular attendance.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
