Job summary

Flexicrew Technical Services seeks a Packaging Line Machine Operator for a Baton Rouge manufacturing facility. Entry requires a high school diploma and 3–5 years of machine operating experience, with preference for food manufacturing and high-speed lines.

You will operate, troubleshoot, and adjust packaging lines, perform quality checks, and maintain safety and cleanliness while supporting production goals and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of machine operating experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Food manufacturing experience strongly preferred.
• Experience on assembly-line or high-speed production environments.
• Strong math skills and ability to pass an aptitude assessment.
• Excellent attendance and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Operate, monitor, and troubleshoot automated packaging equipment.
• Set up, adjust, and maintain packaging machinery for product quality.
• Identify and resolve machine issues to minimize downtime and improve efficiency.
• Perform routine quality checks to ensure products meet standards.
• Follow all safety, GMP, and workplace procedures.
