Job summary

Wixon in St. Francis, WI, is seeking a Machine Operator to join our packaging lines. You will operate and troubleshoot packaging equipment on continuous lines and support setup with the team, ensuring high quality and safety standards.

Starting wage ranges from $18 to $25 per hour depending on experience, with shift premiums of $1 for 2nd shift and $3 for 3rd shift. Benefits include health, dental, vision, 401(k), paid time off, and annual bonus opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience operating packaging equipment preferred.
• Ability to work in a manufacturing environment and follow GMP.
• Willingness to work multiple shifts.

Responsibilities

• Operate packaging equipment on continuous lines to maintain production.
• Adjust operating line to ensure continuous production and quality output.
• Assist in line set ups with Setup Team Members.
• Provide support to other packaging lines and troubleshoot as needed.
• Maintain clean, safe work area and comply with safety policies.
