The role offers a starting hourly rate of $23.33 with potential to earn up to $30.28 through training and advancement. Non‑exempt, team‑oriented work with PPE, GMP compliance, and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills are required.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
• Standing for long periods and physical requirements described in the posting.

Responsibilities

• Work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Accurately complete required production documentation.
• Perform basic troubleshooting on equipment and processes as needed.
• Follow PPE & GMP guidelines to maintain a safe and sanitary environment.
• Attend start-up/tailgate meetings for team & company communications.
