Job summary

Argenta is seeking a Manufacturing Operator for its Shawnee, KS site to run the packaging line and support daily production activities. You will perform setup, operation, maintenance, and documentation, following SOPs, SAP/MES/EBRs, and safety protocols.

The role emphasizes accurate production, problem solving, and collaboration with team members to meet schedules. Experience with GMP environments and basic math is valued, with opportunities for growth in a global animal health organization.

Qualifications

• Clear written and verbal English communication required.
• Ability to read and follow SOPs, manuals, and work instructions.
• Demonstrated safe work practices in a production setting.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and technical aptitude.
• Proficiency with basic math operations (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).
• Experience with GMP/SOP environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate the packaging line (bottle in-feed, filler, capper, labeler, sealers).
• Perform routine maintenance, clean equipment, and address jams or stoppages.
• Inspect components and finished products for conformance to specifications.
• Maintain production documentation (electronic and paper) and support material movements in SAP/MES/EBRs.
• Support training to build a high-performance, customer-focused team.
• Meet production schedules and review output with line leads or supervision.
• Operate material handling equipment and palletize finished goods.
• Follow safety, SOPs, and company guidelines at all times.
