Job summary

The Lacroix group in Iowa is seeking a Full-time Line Packer for our production line. The role involves operating, packing, and maintaining required supplies at the machines, with a day shift from 7:45 a.m.

to 4:15 p.m., Monday through Friday, and bi-weekly pay. You should have a high school diploma or equivalent, be able to lift up to 30 lbs and push or pull up to 50 lbs, and perform repetitive tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and/or prior operator experience.
• Ability to read and follow instructions and maintain quality.
• Manual dexterity and ability to perform repetitive tasks.

Responsibilities

• Operate, pack, and maintain required supplies at the machines to keep production.
• Ensure the machine produces parts at high quality and efficiency.
• Record production reports and keep the work area clean and safe.
