Job summary

Premier Staffing Inc. is seeking a Packaging Line Operator for the 2nd shift (Monday to Friday, 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM).

The role involves working on production and packaging lines, packaging and handling food products, and ensuring the line runs efficiently by keeping bins filled. You will monitor the line, report concerns to team leaders, and maintain GMPs and food safety guidelines in a climate-controlled environment.

Qualifications

• Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic.
• Ability to read and speak basic English to understand work instructions, safety procedures, and communicate effectively with team members.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
• Standing, lifting, bending, twisting, and performing repetitive movements for extended periods.
• Ability to follow instructions and take direction from team leaders.

Responsibilities

• Work on production and packaging lines.
• Package and handle food products.
• Keep product bins filled to ensure the line continues running efficiently.
• Monitor the production line and communicate any concerns to team leaders.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
