Job summary

Arigo HR Solutions is seeking an experienced Packaging Mechanic to support setup, changeover, troubleshooting, and maintenance of high-speed bottle packaging lines in a regulated manufacturing environment.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong mechanical troubleshooting skills and hands-on experience with bottle packaging equipment in pharma, nutraceutical, or related industries, and can independently configure and maintain multiple lines.

Qualifications

• Experience maintaining bottle packaging equipment in regulated manufacturing.
• Strong mechanical troubleshoot skills and hands-on ability.

Responsibilities

• Perform moderate to complex adjustments, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on packaging and pneumatic equipment.
• Perform machine setup and changeovers within established production timelines.
• Troubleshoot mechanical and basic electrical systems and make appropriate repairs.
• Perform preventive maintenance on packaging equipment, conveyors, compressors, and related plant equipment.
• Independently configure and set up complete packaging lines consisting of multiple pieces of equipment.
• Diagnose equipment problems, replace or repair components, and test and adjust machinery following repairs.
• Use diagnostic and testing equipment including multimeters, tachometers, process calibrators, automated vision systems, and CMMS.
• Read and interpret equipment manuals, blueprints, electrical schematics, work orders, and maintenance documentation.
• Assist with equipment installation and complete work orders related to machinery repairs.
• Use hand tools, power tools, electrical meters, and material-handling equipment as required.
• Identify faulty equipment operations or defective materials and communicate issues to appropriate supervision.]
