Job summary

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of industrial maintenance experience.
• Experience in a food environment preferred.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to perform mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic troubleshooting and repair.
• Ability to read and interpret equipment manuals to perform required maintenance and service.
• Must supply own tools.
• Average math skills.
• Ability to use a handheld tablet.
• Experience with CMMS ManagerPlus.
• Effective communication at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and basic troubleshooting on packaging lines.
• Perform packaging line setups.
• Provide maintenance support during product trials.
• Assist with and train operators on autonomous maintenance procedures.
• Suggest, request, and manage parts and inventory to ensure timely maintenance and repair operations.
• Record work in CMMS and comply with safety and GMP standards.
• Resolve work requests via radio and escalation channels.
• Participate in safety trainings and maintain 5S standards.
• Work across shifts and possibly at different facilities to meet business needs.
