Job summary

PetIQ is seeking a Packaging Supervisor for on-site operations in Utah. You will supervise labeling, packaging and kitting on the assigned line, verify pre- and post-op activities, and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.

The role requires leadership of a small team and close communication with Area Lead and management. The successful candidate will monitor line performance, assist during sanitation, and maintain productivity metrics while upholding SQF standards.

Qualifications

• Requires supervisory experience or potential to supervise a small team.
• Strong math skills and basic computer proficiency preferred.
• Must be able to communicate clearly in English, both verbally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Oversee packaging production including labeling, packaging and kitting.
• Verify Pre-op and Post-op activities and line changeovers.
• Lead a team of four to five employees and ensure safety and productivity.
