Job summary

Inteplast Group Corporation is seeking a Packaging Assistant Line Lead for Florida Supplement, working Mon-Fri, 3:00-11:30PM. The role oversees, leads, and coordinates activities on the packaging line, ensuring products meet SOP and cGMP requirements and that documentation is complete.

The ideal candidate has six months of packaging/manufacturing experience in pharma/nutraceutical settings, with line leadership experience and a High School Diploma.

Qualifications

• Minimum six months of packaging or manufacturing experience in pharma/nutraceutical environment.
• Experience leading a production line.
• High School Diploma is required.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced setting.
• Willingness to work non-standard hours and maintain attendance.

Responsibilities

• Set up the packaging line for productive operation following SOPs and cGMP.
• Ensure all documentation is accurately filled throughout the packaging process.
• Follow PPE guidelines and safety policies at all times.
• Perform filling, weighing, securing, labeling, and packaging per specs.
• Coordinate with QC to ensure QC standards are met.
• Train operators at the packaging line and provide feedback for improvements.
• Identify deficiencies and help resolve issues to maintain flow.
• Keep work area clean and organized; meet production goals.
• Assist with equipment maintenance and preventive tasks as needed.
