Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking a Packaging Line Lead to join our Operations team. You will lead the packaging line, oversee 15–20 associates, and run daily line readiness to ensure smooth production from start to finish.

This hands‑on leadership role emphasizes safety, quality, and continuous improvement, with a 6:30am–3:30pm weekday schedule and a focus on coverage, rotation every 2 hours, and clear communication with the production manager.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily line readiness by managing sign-in/out, running the morning meeting, and coordinating setup activities.

• Rotate teams every 2 hours to balance workload and maintain line performance.
• Monitor and report line conditions, damages, and quality issues to Bacardi as appropriate.
• Train new employees and manage a team of 15–20 associates; track attendance and report issues to the production manager or senior lead.

Our client, a leading packaging and production organization, is seeking a Packaging Line Lead to join their team. As a Line Lead, you will be part of the Operations department supporting the packaging line team. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, a safety-first mindset, and a commitment to quality and continuous improvement—so you can help the line run smoothly from start to finish.

Job Title: Packaging Line Lead

Pay Range: $20

Shift: 6:30am - 3:30pm Monday - Friday

What's the Job?

• Lead daily line readiness by managing the sign-in/out sheet, running the daily morning meeting, and coordinating start-of-shift setup activities.
• Set up the line and place employees in assigned positions to begin the shift, ensuring coverage and readiness for production.
• Rotate teams every 2 hours to support balanced workload and consistent line performance.
• Monitor and report line conditions by documenting and reporting damages to Bacardi and reporting quality issues to Bacardi.
• Train new employees, manage a team on the line (15–20 associates), track attendance on the sign-in sheet, and report issues to the production manager or senior lead.
