Job summary

Ameristar Perimeter Security USA, part of the ASSA ABLOY group, seeks a Packager in Tulsa, OK. This role supports packaging production, maintains a clean work area, and trains staff.

You will work first shift Monday-Thursday 4:00am–2:30pm with overtime as required. You will plan daily packaging activities, submit daily work orders, and collaborate with the table lead to meet production goals.

• Must have strong leadership and coaching abilities.
• Experience in packaging operations and daily reporting.
• Demonstrates reliability, professionalism, and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Provide leadership by example for all employees.
• Coach employees on policy(s) and procedures.
• Meet with the table lead daily to assess needs for production.
• Plan daily packaging activities to meet production schedules.
• Submit daily work orders when table lead is absent.
• Identify material shortfalls and alert table lead promptly.
• Participate in process-improvement projects to reduce labor and material costs.
