Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach the packaging team to foster a positive, team‑oriented culture.
• Drive efficiency by managing daily schedules, breaks, and targets.
• Oversee packaging and labeling to maintain high quality.
• Ensure safety by enforcing PPE and safety protocols.
• Troubleshoot machinery and train new team members.
• Complete paperwork, perform quality checks, and report issues to Shift Manager.
