Job summary

Qualifications

• 5–10+ years in food CPG, packaging development, R&D, or commercialization.
• Strong retail packaging expertise and understanding of manufacturing equipment and line capabilities.
• Hands-on experience with plant trials, product scale-up, and supplier coordination.
• Highly organized, process-oriented, and comfortable driving projects independently.
