Job summary

Green Bay Packaging seeks a Designer for its Cincinnati Division to craft custom packaging and graphics presentations meeting customer specs, manufacturing capabilities, and brand standards. Collaborate with account managers, customer service, and production teams; use TOPPS and ArtiosCAD to create structural and graphic concepts, prototype samples, and production-ready specs.

Requires 3–5 years in graphics or structural packaging design and degrees in Packaging/Graphic Design; comprehensive

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Packaging Design, Graphic Design or related field.
• Strong customer-facing skills to guide the design process.
• Proficiency with MS Office, Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Ability to create samples and coordinate with customers and staff.
• Strong math skills for measuring, scaling and layouts.
• Commitment to accuracy and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Determine package size, material specs, and palletization options using TOPPS.
• Create structural designs, concepts, and prototype layouts with ArtiosCAD.
• Produce prototype samples using a Kongsberg cutting table.
• Maintain daily communication with Account Managers and Customer Service.
• Develop knowledge of corrugated packaging and manufacturing processes.
• Create print cards and production specifications.
• Update online sample request system and track status.
• Quote, order, receive, and verify production tooling; provide design support.
• Assist with customer presentations and marketing materials.
• Support continuous improvement and maintain design records.
