You will collaborate with marketing, product development, and operations to deliver production-ready files that meet vendor specifications and retailer requirements, while balancing creative vision with practical constraints.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in packaging graphic design.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating packaging work across physical products and retail environments.
• Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
• Deep understanding of dielines, print production, materials, and packaging formats.
• Familiarity with retailer requirements (e.g., big-box, e-commerce packaging standards).
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to balance creative vision with technical constraints.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute packaging concepts from ideation through final production.
• Develop innovative, on-brand packaging that stands out in competitive retail environments.
• Work directly with dielines, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and print readiness.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product development, and operations teams.
• Prepare and deliver production-ready files, ensuring compliance with vendor and printer specifications.
• Adapt designs based on retailer requirements, compliance standards, and feedback.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
