Job summary

Fit + Fresh is seeking a Packaging Graphic Designer to lead the development and execution of consumer-facing packaging and retail merchandising. Based in Providence, RI, you will collaborate with Marketing and Design to elevate packaging, ensuring consistency across categories while delivering fast turnaround on day-to-day deliverables.

You will manage packaging from concept through production, render and release files to production partners, and support Sales with planograms, CADs, and in-store

Qualifications

• Experience in packaging, retail, or consumer products.
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with day-to-day execution.
• Experience designing for retail environments and merchandising displays.
• Strong production and file preparation attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of consumer-facing packaging and retail merchandising across the organization, from concept to production.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Design to elevate and evolve packaging, building brand consistency across categories.
• Develop retail merchandising vehicles such as CDUs, pallets, floor displays, and in-store signage; provide renderings and support Sales with planograms.
• Assist Sales with renderings and fast-turn opportunities for key retail partners including Walmart and Target.
• Collaborate with Product Design, eCommerce and Marketing to ensure packaging supports product storytelling and brand.
