Remedy Intelligent Staffing is hiring for a General Labor Packaging position in Monroe, WI. Two shifts are available: 1st shift 5:00am–3:00pm and 3rd shift 8:00pm–6:00am, with overtime as needed. Pay ranges from $18.45 to $20.45 per hour depending on shift, and benefits begin day one. Weekly pay, plus retirement, medical, dental, vision, and a referral bonus are offered. This is a long-term manufacturing role onsite.

Responsibilities

• Operate packaging equipment safely
• Inspect products for quality
• Maintain production standards
• Rotate workstations as needed
• Assist with equipment cleaning and changeovers
