Job Title: Packaging Forklift Operator - 1st Shift

Responsibilities:

• Follow and comply with good manufacturing, safety, and quality assurance practices.
• Verify quality control items such as product coding, packaging, sampling, etc.
• Organize and rotate stock within FIFO guidelines.
• Communicate with dock personnel regarding warehouse organization.
• Coordinate with inventory leadership on product placement and organization.
• Maintain proper documentation in all record-keeping formats.
• Operate forklifts for case packing and par room activities.
• Track daily production totals and product placement.
• Understand the products manufactured and the processes involved.
• Assist with cleaning and housekeeping throughout the plant.
• Backfill to other positions/departments as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
