Synthetic Grass Warehouse (SGW), a TenCate company, seeks a Packaging Floor Operator in Hesperia, California to operate packaging machinery and support efficient production. The role requires forklift experience, adherence to safety standards, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

The position offers starting pay of $20.00 per hour, with opportunities to contribute to quality control and material handling while maintaining organized work areas and accurate labeling for shipment

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be able to communicate, read, and write in English.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
• Minimum of one year forklift-operating experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a forklift to move materials throughout the facility.
• Unload incoming freight and assist with material handling.
• Operate and monitor packaging machinery and equipment.
• Set up, operate, and tend to packaging machines (sealing, labeling, stacking, palletizing).
• Accurately label packaged products and prepare items for shipment.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area per safety and quality protocols.
• Load packaging materials and assist with disposal of packaging waste.
• Follow company safety procedures and production guidelines.
