Job summary

Abbott Nutrition in Casa Grande, AZ seeks a 12-hour shift production operator to support our nutrition manufacturing plant. You will safely operate filling, processing and sterilizing systems, perform sampling, and maintain accurate documentation while keeping a clean, safe work area.

What You’ll Work On

• Safely operate production equipment, including filling, processing, and sterilizing systems.
• Perform sampling responsibilities and monitor charts to ensure sterility.
• Complete work orders and documentation accurately.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Communicate effectively with team members and across all levels of the plant.
• Replenish and maintain production materials as needed.
• Perform general housekeeping and sanitation tasks.

You’ll be accountable for meeting our compliance standards including FDA, OSHA and Abbott policies and procedures.

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• One year production experience
• Must be able to work effectively within a team environment, possess excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

• One year production experience within food manufacturing environment
• Forklift experience preferred

Please note : This is a 12-hour Dayshift position from 6 :00 AM to 6 :00 PM and allows you to have every other weekend off.

• Week 1 : Mon - OFF, Tues - OFF, Wed - 12 hours, Thurs - 12 hours, Fri - OFF, Sat - OFF, Sun - OFF
• Week 2 : Mon - 12 hours, Tues - 12 hours, Wed - OFF, Thurs - OFF, Fri - 12 hours, Sat - 12 hours, Sun - 12 hours
