This role is based at our Casa Grande, Arizona facility within the Abbott Nutrition division, which develops science-based nutrition products for all ages, including brands like Similac, PediaSure, Pedialyte, Ensure, and Glucerna. Our Casa Grande plant is a leading nutrition manufacturing site, exemplifying our commitment to innovation and excellence.

What You'll Work On

• Operate production equipment related to filling, processing, sterilizing, and sampling responsibilities safely.
• Monitor charts and perform tests to ensure sterility.
• Complete work orders and documentation accurately.
• Maintain a safe, clean working environment.
• Communicate effectively within the department and plant.
• Manage production materials and perform sanitation tasks.

You will be responsible for adhering to compliance standards including FDA, OSHA, and Abbott policies.

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• At least one year of production experience
• Ability to work effectively in a team, with attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in food manufacturing
• Forklift experience

Shift / Pay

• This is a 12-hour day shift from 6:00 am to 6:00 pm, with every other weekend off.
• Schedule pattern: alternating weeks with different days off and 12-hour shifts as detailed.
