Qualifications

  • Doctorate degree in Engineering with five years of experience in Packing.
  • Strong knowledge in Packing process and validation activities.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct technical assessments and comparisons between sending and receiving sites, including evaluation of bulk tablet handling and finished product packaging.
  • Support engineering batches, line trials, and packaging process validation activities.
  • Lead and support quality investigations, including root cause analysis, product impact assessments, and CAPAs.
  • Review change controls and assess associated impacts, risks, and required deliverables.
  • Perform technical evaluations to determine potential impacts on product quality, compliance, stability, and overall supply continuity.
  • Develop, review, and maintain material specifications, while managing and resolving discrepancies between supplier requirements and Johnson & Johnson requirements.
  • Collaborate effectively with global cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Provide additional technical support as required to meet project and business objectives.

We are looking for an experiencedPacking Engineer with expertise in primary packaging materials and processes, demonstrate independence, and integrate quickly with project teams to provide immediate technical leadership.
