Job Title: Packaging Engineer (UPRJ)

Location: Open to Remote candidates based in the USA. Candidates in the North East US close to upstate NY will be preferred.

Candidates needing work visa sponsorship (new or transfer) need not apply.

Description:

Packaging Engineer with 2-3 years of relevant experience to support packaging development programs and activities.

• Overall responsibilities:
  • Design, develop and qualify packaging components and systems for customer's portfolio of pharmaceutical and medical device products.

• Packaging component and packaging systems to include:
  • Pouches and flexible packaging materials
  • Aerosol packaging systems
  • Secondary packaging, cartons
  • Bottles and container closure systems

• Packaging activities to include:
  • Protocol Development,
  • Specification Management
  • Plant Trial Support

• Professional competencies:
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Self-starter and problem solver with strong collaboration skills to work cross functionally within the customer's systems.
  • Project management skills and acumen to meet project objectives, deliverables, and timelines
