Qualifications

• Master degree or bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of experience
• Associate degree with 6+ years of experience
• High school diploma / GED with 8 years of experience
• Experience with primary and secondary packaging systems and material science
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills

Responsibilities

• Support testing and evaluation leading to recommendation and selection of primary and secondary packaging materials.
• Writing test protocols, perform technical evaluations and testing to support reports used to justify the use of selected materials and packaging components.
• Write technical specifications, create engineering drawings, and develop artwork templates.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Quality, Device Engineering, Supply Chain, Artwork, Manufacturing, Regulatory, etc.) in pre-commercial and commercial activities.
