Job summary
PROMED MOLDED PRODUCTS INC is seeking a Packaging Engineer in Minnesota to ensure packaging processes, labeling, and serialization meet client and regulatory requirements. You will translate client packaging designs into validated production processes and collaborate with Quality, Development, and Manufacturing teams.
The role requires strong technical packaging knowledge, hands-on equipment experience, and the ability to support CAPAs and process improvements while aligning with DSCSA and EU
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in packaging or related field.
- 3+ years in pharmaceutical packaging engineering or related role.
- Experience with packaging validation and qualification.
- Familiarity with DSCSA, EU FMD serialization and labeling regulations.
Responsibilities
- Develop packaging process instructions and records for client programs.
- Define critical process parameters and perform validations.
- Lead equipment design, installation, IQ/OQ/PQ activities.
- Collaborate with QA, Development, and Manufacturing.
- Support serialization and labeling compliance.
