Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Packaging Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience in packaging design/engineering in manufacturing.
• Strong proficiency with CAD software for design.

Responsibilities

• Create functional packaging designs in CAD.
• Conduct packaging tests and document results.
• Establish MOQ/MPQ based on production schedules.
• Author and maintain packaging work instructions.
• Support program launches from concept to production.
• Collaborate with Quality, Production, and Procurement.
