• Co-op or internship or 1+ years packaging experience.
• Strong understanding of packaging materials and equipment.
• Experience with packaging testing procedures.
• Travel up to 25%.
• Valid US driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Support the stage-gate process from ideation through commercialization.
• Lead high-complexity packaging projects.
• Develop ideas for savings, innovation, plant efficiency and quality improvements.
• Plan, execute, and analyze plant/pilot plant/lab trials.
• Develop and manage packaging specifications.
• Collaborate with key suppliers and cross-functional teams.
