Job summary

Integer Holdings Corporation in Chaska, MN is seeking an Engineer III - Packaging to lead innovative packaging solutions in a fast-paced medical device setting. You will drive development of new packaging approaches, assess technologies, and support Quality and Manufacturing Excellence initiatives across sites.

Expect cross-functional teamwork with engineering, QA and operations and some travel. Ideal candidates have 5+ years of engineering experience, a Bachelor's in engineering, and

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in engineering or related technical field.
5+ years in progressive engineering roles in manufacturing.
Knowledge of problem-solving methodologies: 6-Sigma (green belt+), 8D, RCA, 5-Why, Ishikawa, Kepner-Tregoe; PMP beneficial.

Responsibilities

Develop new packaging approaches and technologies.
Lead and participate in cross-functional projects across QA, manufacturing, and engineering.
Contribute to Quality Management System and Manufacturing Excellence efforts.
Support multiple sites and occasional travel as needed.
