Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in product design, packaging or related engineering field is required.
• 3+ years of experience in packaging design and development.
• Proficiency in CAD with project management skills and strong testing knowledge (ASTM/ISTA).
• Strong knowledge of packaging materials, design principles, testing methods, and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Design packaging solutions that protect products during transportation, storage and handling.
• Conduct feasibility studies for packaging solutions per product needs.
• Analyze data and research to improve packaging processes and implement solutions.
• Develop and execute standard operating procedures for product packaging.
• Ensure consistency and quality of packaging across the organization.
