Job summary

Mentor Technical Group is seeking a Packaging Engineer to lead design, development, and qualification of packaging for pharmaceutical and medical device products. The role involves creating specifications, conducting IQ/OQ/PQ validation, and optimizing packaging performance.

You will coordinate with Manufacturing, Quality, Regulatory, and Supply Chain to ensure compliant, efficient packaging solutions. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in Packaging/Engineering and 3–5 years in packaging

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Packaging Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related technical discipline.
Experience with packaging validation, qualification, and testing activities.
Excellent skills in reviewing, auditing, and preparing technical documentation.

Responsibilities

Lead packaging design, development, qualification, and implementation activities for new and existing products.
Develop, review, and approve packaging specifications, standards, and technical documentation.
Execute packaging validation and qualification protocols (IQ, OQ, PQ).
Investigate packaging-related deviations, complaints, and nonconformances.
Collaborate with Manufacturing, Quality, Regulatory Affairs, and other teams to ensure cGMP compliance.
