Job summary

Fidelity Manufacturing seeks a skilled Packaging Electrician in McGregor, Texas to install, wire, test, and troubleshoot electrical systems used in backup power packages and enclosures. This role supports our Texas startup and aims to establish wiring standards and quality across the facility.

The candidate will perform blueprint interpretation, conduit routing, and safe electrical work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, contributing to startup, commissioning, and continuous improvement

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1–2 years of electrical installation experience or related field.
• Knowledge of low- and high-voltage electrical systems.
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, wiring diagrams, and work instructions.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Background check and pre-employment drug screening required.

Responsibilities

• Install electrical fixtures, panels, breakers, disconnects, and control equipment.
• Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and panel schedules.
• Perform electrical testing, troubleshoot wiring, and verify installations.
• Maintain clean, safe work area and follow safety procedures.
