Compensation Range: $27 - 30 per hour

We are seeking a detail-oriented and creative Packaging Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for building out artwork for packaging, including labeling and other production-related tasks. You'll also play a key part in speccing and ensuring that packaging materials meet brand and production standards.

The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator, with a keen eye for design and accuracy. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about bringing packaging concepts to life, we’d love to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

• Create and execute packaging artwork (e.g., labels, tags) using Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator, ensuring visual consistency with brand and fashion trends.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with design, production, and buying teams to interpret conceptual ideas and deliver print-ready packaging assets.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality output and attention to detail.
• Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and external partners, incorporating feedback and direction while maintaining creative integrity.
• Stay up to date on retail and fashion trends, applying insights to packaging design to support brand relevance and market appeal.
  
  
  

Qualifications:

• Packaging or related graphic design experience in the apparel industry.
• Excellent sense of color, style and fashion.
• Strong leadership, organizational, communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to prioritize, handle multiple projects and works well under pressure.
• Works as a team player.
• Ability to execute and direct artwork.
• Understanding of budget process.
• Strong knowledge of retail and home fashion market.
