As a Packaging & Graphic Designer at Bower, you’ll turn product ideas into clear, on‑brand packaging that stands out in stores and online. You’ll bring proactive concepts to the table, follow brand direction when needed, and collaborate closely with Product and Marketing. While you may be assigned to one division, you’ll jump in across others as priorities shift.

Qualifications and Experience

• 2–4+ years in packaging design for consumer goods (consumer electronics a plus)
• Expert in Adobe Illustrator; strong Photoshop and InDesign
• Strong typography, grid, and prepress/production fundamentals (CMYK/spot, dielines, bleeds, finishes)
• Organized, motivated, creative, detail‑oriented; clear communicator and team player
• Comfortable collaborating and switching between product divisions
