Job summary

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of design engineer experience.
• Excellent proficiency in 3D CAD software (SolidWorks) and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Knowledge of packaging materials (paper/cardboard, wood, plastic, metal).
• Experience prototyping and creating samples.
• Excellent communication skills; ability to work independently and with a global team.
• Cosmetics, Spirits and Beauty industry experience is a plus.
• Must be ambitious, motivated and professional.
• Think analytically and creatively.

Responsibilities

• Develop innovative packaging concepts aligned with briefs, production lead times, and sustainability goals.
• Create technical drawings using SolidWorks and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Analyze technical specifications and engineering drawings to determine product dimensions, materials, and physical characteristics.
• Troubleshoot and improve new and existing packaging solutions to enhance functionality, quality, and manufacturability.
