Job summary

OLAPLEX in New York seeks a seasoned Project Manager for Packaging Design & Artwork to lead multiple packaging initiatives, ensure on-time delivery, and align Marketing, Innovation, and Packaging Engineering around milestones. You will supervise two designers and drive creative workflows from concept to final artwork.

The role requires 5–6 years in Creative Operations or Packaging PM, expert use of Asana, and a sharp problem-solving mindset in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5–6 years of experience specifically within Creative Operations or Creative Project Management, with a focus on packaging.
• High proficiency in Asana is required.
• Strong problem solver who can drive out-of-the-box thinking and course-correct projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor end-to-end project timelines for all creative packaging concepts and final artwork initiatives.
• Own creating the overall creative timeline, balancing deadlines and resourcing; build an end-to-end project plan.
• Coordinate multiple timelines into a single cohesive resourcing plan.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on deliverables and dependencies.
• Run weekly packaging design check-ins to track deliverables and risks; run daily design stand-ups with the Packaging Design team.
• Act as the central operational partner between creative, brand marketing, product development, packaging engineering, and operations teams.
• Lead collaboration with stakeholders at all levels; integrate packaging timelines into the GTM timeline.
• Champion best practices using Asana and project tools; support day-to-day resourcing of packaging projects.
• Identify timeline risks and blockers early; monitor dependencies and provide status updates to Marketing leadership.
• Project manage ad hoc creative projects when needed.
