Job summary

Hanover Foods Corporation in Hanover, PA is seeking a reliable team member to support daily packaging operations. You will prioritize Out of Stock lists for development of daily packaging schedules and distribute these schedules to required workstations.

You will develop standardized packaging schedules based on stock trends, verify labeling paperwork, and collaborate with Planning and Warehouse staff to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Distribute packaging schedules to required workstations.

• Verifies paperwork is complete and accurate for Labeling and notifies Labeling Supervisor of any errors or questions.
• Record daily line case production to generate efficiencies.
• Reviews uncovered orders report and creates Labeling schedule as requested by the Planner.
• Watches shipments of designated orders by Planner.
• Works with Warehouse personnel to investigate discrepancies.
• Assist with processing transactions as needed.
• Ensures work area is kept neat and orderly in accordance with good housekeeping practices.
• Complete monthly reports as requested by Production Planner or management.

• Develop standardized packaging schedules based on trends of stock keeping items.
• Verifies paperwork is complete and accurate for Labeling and notifies Labeling Supervisor of any errors or questions. Scan and file Labeling documentation.
• Record daily line case production to generate efficiencies
• Reviews uncovered orders report and creates Labeling schedule as requested by the Planner.
• Watches shipments of designated orders by Planner.
• Works with Warehouse personnel to investigate discrepancies.
• Assist with processing transactions as needed.
• Ensures work area is kept neat and orderly in accordance with good housekeeping practices.
• Complete monthly reports as requested by Production Planner or management.
• Develop a strong working knowledge of procedures for maintaining label carton and glue inventories.
• Adheres to common safety practices and procedures.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
