Paradox Brewery in Hudson, NY is seeking a packaging team member responsible for operating and maintaining the CFT 10-2 canning line, Premier keg washer, and related equipment. You will handle cold-side cellar operations, cleaning, and safety practices while ensuring fill volume, DO, CO2, and seam specs meet company standards.

The role requires mechanical aptitude, forklift experience in tight spaces, teamwork across departments, and a willingness to learn.

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on technical skills.
• Comfortable working cross-functionally across departments.
• Capable of operating a forklift in tight spaces.
• Willingness to learn and follow SOPs and safety protocols.

Responsabilités

• Execute all aspects of packaging to specifications and ensure safety and quality.
• Responsible for proper and timely packaging of beer including kegging and canning.
• Lead canning runs utilizing a CFT 10-2 canning line.
• Build and pack 12-packs and mix-packs.
• Ensure all beer is in proper condition prior to packaging.
• Maintain packaging records and logs, including TPO measurements.
• Ensure cleanliness and upkeep of all packaging equipment.
• Maintain finished goods and warehouse inventory.
• Adhering to all safety protocols.
