Job summary

Mac Papers + Packaging is seeking a Packaging Category Manager to lead the category strategy, supplier relationships, and profitability for the assigned line. You will shape pricing guidance, inventory strategy, and product mix, partnering with Sales, Purchasing, and Analytics to drive growth.

You will own category performance analysis, identify opportunities, negotiate with suppliers, and ensure executions align with company objectives while maintaining compliance and strong cross-functional

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Statistics, or related field preferred.
• 1–3 years in supply chain analytics, planning, logistics, or data analysis.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with data.
• Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the category strategy for Packaging.
• Identify growth opportunities and cross-sell within the category.
• Partner with Finance and Sales to evaluate profitability and pricing.
• Lead supplier negotiations on rebates and cost changes.
• Monitor category trends and drive margin improvements.
