Job summary

Validation & Engineering Group, Inc. (V&EG) is seeking a C&Q Specialist - Packaging Automation to support packaging equipment and automation systems in a biopharmaceutical environment.

You will work with Engineering, Automation, Operations and Quality to bring systems into service. Expect to develop, review and execute commissioning and qualification protocols, assist with startup and testing, review requirements and test results, and maintain GMP-compliant documentation throughout the project

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of C&Q experience in pharma/biopharma.
• Hands-on with packaging equipment and automated controls including PLC/HMI.
• Experience with FAT, SAT, IQ, OQ and related qualification activities.
• Strong technical writing, troubleshooting, and cross-functional communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, review, and execute commissioning and qualification protocols for packaging equipment and automation.
• Support equipment startup, functional testing, and troubleshooting.
• Review system requirements, drawings, specifications, and test results to confirm that equipment performs as intended.
• Document test results, investigate discrepancies, and support their resolution.
• Maintain clear, complete documentation in accordance with GMP requirements.
