Job summary

ResourceMFG is seeking a Packaging Associate for the 1st Shift in California. You will assist with packaging lines, staging components, assembling boxes, loading materials, and performing hand-packing according to quality standards.

The role requires reliable attendance, the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and flexibility to work overtime. PPE (steel toe shoes) is required and safety procedures must be followed on site.

Qualifications

• Previous packaging, warehouse, manufacturing, or production experience preferred.
• Ability to frequently lift up to 50 pounds.
• Work environment with nutraceutical ingredients, powders, and allergen-related materials.

Responsibilities

• Assist with cleaning, washing, sanitizing, and disassembling pill counter components.
• Prepare packaging lines by staging components and bulk materials according to production schedules.
• Assemble boxes and packaging materials for production runs.
• Load bulk materials into pill counters and other packaging equipment.
• Perform hand-packing of products according to quality standards.
• Conduct visual and physical inspections of in-process and finished products.
• Follow all safety, quality, and cGMP procedures.
• Learn and execute washroom procedures while maintaining compliance standards.
