Job summary

Encadria Staffing Solutions LLC is seeking a Packaging Associate Lead for the night shift at the Bowling Green, KY facility. You will lead the Packing team of 13–20 associates, ensuring quality checks and efficient packing of Dixie plates, with responsibilities spanning shift start check-in, guidance, safety training, and performance feedback.

The role requires English/Spanish bilingual communication, the ability to work 12-hour shifts, and a long-term, temporary assignment with a $17.50/hour

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Check in team members at beginning of shift.
• Provide communication and guidance to team members as needed.
• Provide safety orientation and production training for new hires.
• Maintain constant communication with manager and supervisor.
• Able to reach out to employees via phone as required.
• Manage rotations and breaks during shift.
• Assist and support team members in production area as needed.
• Complete Performance Evaluation forms for team members on a quarterly basis.
• Monitor flow and quality of product.
• Inspect, weigh, and package product.
• Work at different stations as production requires.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

Packaging Associate Lead - Night shift (Bilingual English/Spanish) Come and work at the Bowling Green facility where Dixie paper plates are made. Do you enjoy helping others develop their skills and understand the advantages of a team environment and what it takes to thrive in one? You might be the perfect candidate for our Bilingual Team Leader role for night shift. Encadria is the staffing service that provides long-term temporary employees to the Dixie plant in Bowling Green, KY. We’re looking for a talented and dedicated individual to join us and lead the Packing team to excellence, someone who understands what makes team members tick and motivates them to do their best.

You’ll supervise from13-20 associates who are checking quality and packing Dixie plates. Experience in a manufacturing environment is required. Offer: $17.50/ hour Weekly pay every Thursday Hours 6:45am to 7pm Schedule 2/2/3 - off every other weekend Long-term temporary assignment
