Job summary

Altium Packaging in City of Industry, CA is seeking a Production Packaging Associate. This entry-level role handles packaging of materials, loads and moves product, and operates packaging equipment while following GMP.

You will maintain a clean work area, perform bottle inspections, monitor conveyors, and support inventory. The position requires basic math, basic computer skills, and completion of our training within 90 days. Overtime may be required.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates safe work practices by wearing correct PPE and following safety policies.
• Keeps the work area neat, clean, and organized.
• Monitor conveyor belts and clear bottle jams from lines.
• Inspect the quality of bottles during production, packaging, and labeling.
• Performs bottle inspections and drop tests for designated lines.
• Move finished goods to designated area and restock supplies as needed.
• Duties may differentiate by plant based on equipment and plant design.
• Overtime may be required due to business needs.
