Job summary

On-Board PMO is hiring a Packaging Associate in Towanda, PA. This full-time on-site role offers a hourly wage of $17.50 with benefits including PTO, paid holidays, and health coverage (Medical, Dental, Vision) plus 401K and Life Insurance.

Typical schedule is Monday-Friday, 7am-3:30pm with overtime as needed; duties include packing, boxing, banding, and palletizing while maintaining stock levels and clean room practices.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Must lift up to 35 pounds and carry up to 35 pounds.
• Must be able to push/pull up to 35 pounds.
• Ability to sit, stand, bend, twist, reach, walk, and grasp for 8-12 hours/day.

Responsibilities

• Run pack line and keep area stocked with boxes in all sizes.
• Box assorted sizes of rolls and send supports.
• Band boxes and lift onto pallets.
• Store pallets of boxed materials on refrigerated trailers.

Position Details:

Position Type: Full Time

Job Location: Towanda, PA

Compensation: $17.50/ per hour

Schedule: Monday-Friday (Overtime as needed) 7am - 3:30pm

Essential Duties/Responsibilities:

• Run Pack line and keep area stock will all sizes of boxes and send supports
• Boxing of assorted sizes Riston and Pyralux rolls
• Banding boxes and lifting boxes onto pallet
• Storing pallets of boxed materials on refrigerated trailers

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Must lift up to 35 pounds
• Must carry up to 35 pounds
• Must be able to push/pull up to 35 pounds
• Must be able to sit, stand, bend, twist, reach, walk, grasp 8-12 hours/day
• Be able to wear hand, eye, foot protection and clean room suits
• Work at a moderate pace, with repetitive work
• Must be able to press/step with foot 8-12 hours/day
• Work with others
