Job summary

Novolex is hiring Packers for night shifts at its Mt. Carmel, PA location. The role requires working in a fast-paced production warehouse, packaging products and adhering to quality checks. Starting pay is $19.37 per hour with a $1 per hour night shift differential, and benefits include medical, dental, and vision insurance.

Work hours are 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM with a schedule alternating weekends off. Candidates must be committed to safety and maintaining a clean work environment.

Hiring For Packers on Nights at our Mt. Carmel, PA location!

As a Packer, you would provide support to the operations team by working safely in a fast‑paced production warehouse environment, while inspecting product for defects and then packaging the finished goods in correct configuration. Adherence to GMP policies is a must.
