Job summary

Recruiting Solutions is seeking dependable Warehouse Assembly Line Packers for a clean, climate-controlled manufacturing environment in Columbia, SC. No prior manufacturing experience required; however, experience in warehouse, production, packaging, or assembly is welcome.

Pay rate starts at $13.50 per hour with an increase upon permanent hire. Temp-to-Hire with 12-hour rotating 2-2-3 schedule on 1st and 3rd shifts.

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing, warehouse, packaging, or industrial experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work efficiently and accurately in a high-volume, fast-paced production environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
• Dependable attendance, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.
• Ability to work scheduled 12-hour shifts and maintain flexibility based on operational needs.
• Willingness to learn new processes and work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• High school diploma or GED is not required.

Responsibilities

• Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are consistently maintained.
• Package, sort, and prepare manufactured products according to established production requirements.
• Perform repetitive assembly line and packaging tasks in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Move, organize, and load materials throughout designated warehouse and production areas.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow established operating procedures, safety guidelines, and supervisor instructions.
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production goals and operational expectations.

Position Details

• Pay Rate: $13.50 per hour, with an increase upon permanent hire

• Employment Type: Temp-to-Hire

• Schedule: 12-hour shifts on a rotating 2-2-3 schedule

• 1st Shift: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM

• 3rd Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM

• Additional Scheduling: Modified schedules may be available
