Job summary

Global Life Science Hub in Chicago, IL is seeking a Drug Product Packaging Associate (MFG I/II/III) for a full-time, permanent role on a rotating 1st/2nd shift. You will execute labeling, blister packaging, serialization, and palletization in a cGMP cleanroom environment for biologics, with focus on accuracy and compliance.

The position requires 1–4 years packaging or cGMP experience depending on level, and an Associate degree or higher in a related science.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years packaging or cGMP experience for MFG I/II
• 3–4 years packaging or cGMP experience for MFG III
• Experience with labeling, blister packing, serialisation, or aggregation is preferred
• Associate degree or higher in Biology, Chemistry, Biotechnology, Pharmacy or related field, or equivalent industry experience

Responsibilities

• Operate syringe labeling machines, blister packaging, check weighers, serialisation and aggregation equipment
• Visually inspect labeled syringes, blister packs, printed cartons, and shippers
• Manual packing of syringes and components into cartons and shippers
• Weight verification of cartons to ensure no missing components
• Palletisation of finished packed goods
• Complete batch records, logbooks, and cGMP documentation accurately and on time
• Line inspection and line clearance of packaging area
• Report non-conformances and deviations to the shift supervisor

Drug Product Packaging Associate (MFG I/II/III)

We are searching for Drug Product Packaging Associates with a leading biologics manufacturer in Chicago, IL. Multiple levels available - MFG I, II, and III. Full-time, permanent position - not contract. Rotating 1st and 2nd shift schedule.

You will be working within the Drug Product packaging team, executing labeling, blister packaging, serialisation, and palletisation operations for clinical and commercial biologics in a cGMP cleanroom environment.

What you'll be doing:
